Soggiorno perfetto. Struttura ottima e accogliente, posizione strategica, pulizia in camera giornaliera, personale disponibile. La colazione, inclusa nel prezzo del soggiorno, è abbondante e buonissima. La consiglio assolutamente.

Ho scelto questo hotel con grandissimo entusiasmo qualche mese fa vedendo dei prezzi interessanti per la zona e le recensioni positive dei visitatori. Effettivamente la struttura non mi ha deluso, parcheggio gratuito per gli ospiti fronte hotel, posizione comodissima rispetto al centro di Bormio, vicinanza a tantissimi locali/ristoranti per la cena, pulizia delle camere. Devo però con grande rammarico scrivere una nota negativa per quanto riguarda la colazione. Dalle foto viste online il buffet offerto era davvero abbondante e con tantissime opzioni ed effettivamente così è stato… ma per chi non aveva problematiche alimentari! Avendo purtroppo un’intolleranza al lattosio ho prontamente avvisato la struttura fin dal primo giorno ricevendo loro rassicurazioni al fine di venirmi incontro in base alle mie necessità. Non ho di certo preteso di avere chissà quale varietà, semplicemente qualche alimento da poter consumare anche io e loro fino a qualche giorno prima mi hanno garantito che con la loro pasticceria di fiducia avrebbero di sicuro trovato una soluzione (i frollini erano stati addirittura già prenotati). Mi ritrovo purtroppo con dei banalissimi biscotti/cereali acquistati al market senza nemmeno una spiegazione. Ho sperato fino all’ultimo che nelle colazioni successive ci fossero quei prodotti tanto promessi e invece nulla! A pochi passi dall' hotel ho casualmente scoperto durante una passeggiata in centro l’esistenza di un bar/pasticceria che aveva diverse opzioni di dolci senza lattosio il che dimostra che con la buona volontà e l’impegno (minimo) si sarebbe davvero trovata una soluzione. Mi dispiace che ci sia stata questo atteggiamento che trovo del tutto mancante di serietà e rispetto, considerato che quel servizio io, come tutti gli altri ospiti, l’ho pagato nella tariffa del soggiorno! Trovo che nel 2024 sia inaccettabile che ancora ci siano tutte queste difficoltà gestionali di una problematica alimentare così tanto diffusa e davvero gestibile con un piccolissimo impegno e maggiore informazione. Spero che questa recensione possa servire a rendere più piacevole il soggiorno di altri ospiti in futuro!

L’hotel è perfettamente in linea con tutte le descrizioni online. Posizione centrale, ottima per raggiungere il centro di Bormio e le piste comodamente a piedi. La pulizia è precisa e impeccabile. Nota positiva anche per la colazione, varie torte artigianali e la giusta quantità/qualità della parte salata. Unica nota un po’ “negativa” riguarda la cordialità e gentilezza del personale, in una struttura mi aspetto cordialità almeno al momento del check in, mi aspetto che vengano indicati le regole, i servizi, orari di check out, Wi-Fi, etc.

The property is nice. Check in was easy. Room were clean and everyday the room was cleaned with fresh towels. Really like that. what we didn't love was the staff at breakfast. They were not very friendly. Never did they smile and make you feel comfortable. We always felt like an inconvenience. They also have a great common space that could be used during the day and the evening to sit and relax but its always CLOSED. Such a shame to not be allow people to use this common area, instead the only place to relax after a day of site seeing is in your room where this is nowhere to sit except on a bed.

Camere pulite, dotate di tutti i comfort, poco insonorizzate. Servizio scadente e personale altrettanto ( eccetto il figlio e padre titolare che si sono mostrati molto accoglienti ). Per quanto riguarda la signora verosimilmente la moglie sembra le si faccia un dispetto essere loro ospiti !!!! Colazione buona con varia scelta specie del dolce. Posizione centrale rispetto alle stazioni sciistiche e centro storico.

très bel h?tel dans la super belle petite ville
nous avions choisi une chambre double sans balcon pour une nuit. bon j'aurais du prendre une chambre avec balcon, mais pas grave .
la chambre très propre, et calme. petit déjeuner à partir de 8 h très varié et complet autant salé que sucré.
parking fermé par une barrière gratuit est un plus.
je conseille cet hébergement, car très central, à 2 ml de la rue piétonne marchande.

Great location, a very short walk into town and a 10 minute walk to the ski lift not in ski boots though! The rooms are comfortable with firm beds. Our room had a lockable wardrobe but the other 2 rooms we occupied did not. Bedroom was cleaned daily. Our shower was pretty small but the other 2 bedrooms had bigger ones and there was a hairdryer and a few toiletries, but not enough for more than a couple of days. There are no tea making facilities. There is a mini bar stocked with a few items. Breakfast is excellent with the option to have scrambled or fried eggs on request. All the usual meats, cheese, bread and cakes plus fruit, yoghurt, cereal and warmed croissants. Nice lounge area to chill in with a chess set and there is a small bar. We found the staff to be helpful. The lady at breakfast does come across as a bit frosty but she remembered our coffee order without asking every day. She does understand English but chose not to speak in English to us unlike Giovanni who is a lovely man, very chatty and friendly and took many of the amazing photographs on the walls. The only thing that would have made the room better would have been a close up mirror, and maybe a Do not disturb sign. There is free parking just across the road and we never failed to get a space. If we were to stay in Bormio again we wouldn't hesitate to stay here.
